In March 2024, Alma-M Macedonia organized an event with the theme: The Future Development of the Company.
This event also marked the anniversaries of the companies within the group: 33 years of Alma-M Macedonia, 25 years of ALMA – Kosovo, 10 years of DIAMBE – Albania, and the newly established company AMBE – Serbia.

The event brought together the leadership teams from each respective country, where the vision for the future development of the group was presented.

As the host of the event, the General Director of ALMA-M Macedonia, Mr. Ivica Petrović, was the first to speak. He presented the company’s consistent growth across all segments and highlighted that, for the first time, the turnover threshold of €117 million for the year 2023 had been surpassed.

The founder of the entire group, Mr. Muarem Murtezani, also addressed the audience, expressing his satisfaction with the results achieved so far and sharing his vision for the future of the group.

A significant highlight of the event was the establishment of the Board of Directors, which will play a key role in the development and future leadership plans of the group. The Board of Directors will be led by the newly appointed General Director of the group, Mr. Samet Murtezani. Its members include Mr. Amdi Murtezani and Ms. Belma Murtezani.

Mr. Samet Murtezani, the Group CEO, then took the floor to present the role and function of the Board of Directors. He was followed by speeches from the board members, Mr. Amdi Murtezani and Ms. Belma Murtezani.

During the event, special acknowledgments were also awarded to employees for their outstanding contributions to the development of the companies.
